Join Georgia Ensor for this fantastic Art session for children and their carers. The focus is an intergenerational art and language experience for you and your child.
The session begins with sharing Ideas about a focus artwork - “What’s going on in this picture?”
Followed by the art session using hands on materials - “Let’s create our own artworks”.
Lastly, we end by sharing findings and – “Looking for connections” between our works.
Each session will have a different theme and works on different art experience.
Session 1 focus -Exploring local Indigenous artists perspective using paint.
Session 2 focus -Our Industrial landscape using textiles.
Session 3 focus --Iconic Western suburbs images using construction
Session 4 Focus -Future focus 2040! using painting on a rice paper lamp
