Join us for an exciting culinary adventure during the school holidays!

In this exclusive session for teens, the young chefs will dive into the art of sushi making. From mastering the sushi rice to rolling unique and colorful sushi rolls, they'll learn the secrets behind this traditional Japanese delicacy.

Following this, they'll indulge in making delicious strawberry mousse, learning the secrets to perfect texture and flavour.

Under the guidance of our skilled instructor, participants will cook & prepare, foster creativity and teamwork. This workshop ensures personalized attention and a memorable experience for all.

Bookings are only confirmed after receiving completed enrolment form and payment.

Unless a class is postponed or cancelled by SKCC, refunds and transfers are only considered when a written request is received 10 days before your course begins.

An administration fee of $35 applies to venue hire bookings. No refunds are given once a course has commenced. If you fail to attend a class that you have paid for, you will not receive a refund. Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrolments. If your class is cancelled by SKCC, you will receive a full refund. SKCC reserves the right to alter or postpone courses, or to change fees, teachers or locations if unforeseen circumstances occur.

If you enrol in a Pre-accredited course, we will require additional information. You will need to fill in a detailed enrolment form.

If there is a medical emergency, you authorise SKCC to seek appropriate care on your behalf and you accept full responsibility for expenses incurred.
