This course will focus on teaching you basic cooking skills and knowledge regarding food groups, healthy eating, cooking equipment and cooking techniques. This course is great for those interested in further learning, employment in the Hospitality sector and for personal interest. Unless a class is postponed or cancelled by SKCC, refunds and transfers are only considered when a written request is received 10 days before your course begins. An administration fee of $20 applies. No refunds are given once a course has commenced. If you fail to attend a class that you have paid for, you will not receive a refund. Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrolments. If your class is cancelled by SKCC, you will receive a full refund.SKCC reserves the right to alter or postpone courses, or to change fees, teachers or locations if unforeseen circumstances occur.
