You know superannuation is important, but you don’t prioritise it because you can’t touch it.  Do you find superannuation confusing and complicated, so you ignore it?  When you receive your annual statement do you look at it, shake your head and put in a drawer never to be seen again.

If so, this is the course for you.

In this one 1.5 hour session a licensed financial adviser will explain the basics of superannuation in language you can understand by running through your annual statement and highlighting all the pertinent areas you need to know.  

This one-off session will cover;

·           What superannuation is, what it isn’t and your investment options within super.  

·           Why superannuation is still the best savings vehicle around for most of us.

·           Taxation within Superannuation and its consequences.  

·           How insurance works within superannuation and why it is so important.  

·           Compare the different types of superannuation fund, their characteristics, and their suitability for you.

·           How to read you superannuation statement and what you should be looking for.  

By the end of the session, you will be able to confidently manage your superannuation and know exactly what to look for when you receive your next statement.

Bookings are only confirmed after receiving completed enrolment form and payment.

Unless a class is postponed or cancelled by SKCC, refunds and transfers are only considered when a written request is received 10 days before your course begins.

An administration fee of $35 applies. No refunds are given once a course has commenced. If you fail to attend a class that you have paid for, you will not receive a refund. Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrolments. If your class is cancelled by SKCC, you will receive a full refund.SKCC reserves the right to alter or postpone courses, or to change fees, teachers or locations if unforeseen circumstances occur.

If you enrol in a Pre-accredited course, we will require additional information. You will need to fill in a detailed enrolment form.

If there is a medical emergency, you authorise SKCC to seek appropriate care on your behalf and you accept full responsibility for expenses incurred.
